Since I wrote my last review I have been Bullied and Extorted to remove my post off of YELP. If you look at the people that own and have part in this establishment you will see what I am speaking of GOOGLE them. Their name is Biddix. One word comes to mind, impressive! I've been to a number of high end steakhouses in NYC and this one beats them all. Our server, John F. was amazing! Made us feel right at home and offered up some wonderful suggestions. The spiced pear salad is a must have. As for the main course I had the 16 oz bone in rib eye cooked medium and it came out perfect. Vierra is luck to have Austin's and I can't wait to go back again.
