Austin auto sales was a great place for me to buy my FIRST vehicle, i’ve been talking to Blake on the phone for a week about multiple diesels i was considering and he made the process very easy and non stress. Blake just started working there and his coworker Cohen was helping through the way also super chill dude. Best car lot I've been to in a very long time Cohen blake and anthony are amazing very patient stayed open 3 hrs past closing made the deal work great interest rate I highly recommend
Best car dealer experience I've had. Cohen and the finance guy (i think his name was Anthony) were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Had an entire finance knowledge lesson during the purchase. Would absolutely come back again. They also work with credit unions and will give you a extremely fair deal.
Pump faked me , switched lenders on me without discussing & just ran the deal without telling me. Went from an approved 5.4% to a 8.9% without telling me
Got me with "it's just the tires" and refused to haggle so I not fully inspecting vehicle had to replace shocks, tires, brakes, rotors, and calipers. If the vehicle your looking at seems to act funny at all then you don't want it because these guys sell you up pretty good but it's disappointing to do so much work on a vehicle with only 60,000 on it yet paying full price I'll enjoy my truck now but I'll never be back and don't recommend anyone coming here just go to dealership.
