Get there early on Thursday for my carrier bearing. Gen takes care of me and she transferred me to Brian who’s going to get me a spot in the shop to fix it. You guys rock and I will stop by anytime. Brought truck in for service on electrical issue. Couldn’t “replicate” even though the lights are off with no power to them and won’t turn back on charged 50$ for “shop materials” even tho nothing was used and they offer a “complimentary inspection” which they charged 62$ not sure their definition of the word complimentary is the same as mine. Not to mention the service manager had zero answer for any of my questions once all was said and done all in all overpriced under qualified and a utter waste of time
We brought our truck to M&K Truck Centers and had to wait an entire day before their qualified mechanic could even take a look. After the long wait, we were charged over $900, only to be told they couldn’t fix what turned out to be an issue with just two fuses. We ended up taking our truck to a different shop, where they diagnosed and repaired the issue immediately — and at a much lower cost. Very disappointed with the service and lack of resolution at M&K. We expected more, especially after paying that kind of money.
Truck was towed here because I lost all power and they took it right in.
