I joined Austin Zumba Fitness looking for a new, fun way to keep in shape. I wasn't sure how good of a workout I'd get there, but after a month I've really seen a big change in how healthy I feel and look. The instructors here are great and the other members make it super fun!!! I'd recommend Zumba to anyone no matter how old you are, or how outta shape!! Give it a try and thanks Zumba!!!
