I called to request some custom walnut cabinets to be built in our home. The lady who answered the phone made assumptions that our project was too small for them and honestly had no interest in learning sufficient information. Yet it is for 3 rooms of cabinets plus we are building a large addition which has substantial cabinets needs as well. I would prefer to work with businesses who value new buisness versus turning their noses up at it without even understanding what’s needed.
Only interested in big new builds, remodels do not waste time calling, they are not interested
