So quick and easy!! They were extremely accommodating with my availability and Marcus (who did the replacement) was very friendly and you could tell he knew exactly what he was doing! Will definitely be recommending them if anyone needs a new windshield! (although I hope that won't be necessary haha)
Excellent service and highly recommended! Got small chip from a rock last week. I called around to a few larger chain places and they all tried to sell me a new windshield. These guys fixed the chip for a 1/4 of the price. You can barely see where the repair was made. Ryan did excellent work!
It’s never fun to get a windshield repaired or replaced. But Austin Windshields did a great job throughout the process. They gave me detailed quotes for every option based on photos that I sent them including repair vs replace and options for OEM or after market. Also explained the risks with repair (windshield could shatter and some of the crack would still be visible). I needed my windshield replacement done and needed it fast, other companies gave me a 4 day out appointment time, that is if they could have my vehicles specific glass on hand to fulfill the service order. I decided that maybe I would try Austin Windshields. My front windshield needed to be replaced on my Charger and Austin Glass performed very well in a timely manner as per the schedule.
