I had a cracked window, beyond repair, on my quarter panel, driver side cargo window. I filled out the info online, and gave me a good quote off the bat, and immediately took care of business. They come to you, did a great job on the replacement. Great customer service, work, and no run around. Highly recommend using them and support local.
The response time for the quote was very quick & the tech was a very nice & cool dude, the windshield replacement was very fast & hasty and I was able to get it done with the convenience of being at work. Recommend & would work with again.
Highly recommend Austin Windshields for any auto glass repair. I contacted them to replace my BMW 3 series windshield which had a large crack right across the middle. Jay was quick to respond with a reasonable quote and answered all the questions I had. It’s never fun to get a windshield repaired or replaced. But Austin Windshields did a great job throughout the process. They gave me detailed quotes for every option based on photos that I sent them including repair vs replace and options for OEM or after market. Also explained the risks with repair (windshield could shatter and some of the crack would still be visible). So quick and easy!! They were extremely accommodating with my availability and Marcus (who did the replacement) was very friendly and you could tell he knew exactly what he was doing! Will definitely be recommending them if anyone needs a new windshield! (although I hope that won't be necessary haha)
