He is a good doctor and I like him alot I been going to him since I was a kid.

Made an appointment for my daughter who was a previous patient of Dr. Austin. She went to him three years ago to get tubes in her ears. Since then we have switched insurance policies so upon making the appointment I asked the woman on the phone TWICE if I needed to verify any information regarding my daughters appointment. She said no TWICE and stated all we needed was her social security card and insurance card.
