Contacted Ken because Porsche dealer said my wheel wasn’t true and it was causing a vibration. He was immediately helpful, inquisitive, and professional in accommodating my need to remedy the wheel. However, Ken was able to determine the wheel had no issue. Can’t thank him enough for his experience and honesty. Will only go to Ken for any wheel repair needs! 💯
Reached out to get a set of factory G-Class wheels redone, got a super quick reply and was able to drop them off same day - Friday night. Picked them up Tuesday evening and couldn’t be happier with how they turned out.
Ken (Owner) is a Blue Collar man. Sure he’s rough around the edges but knows his trade in and out and does AMAZING work !!! He was able to get me in on a moments notice and had an amazing turnaround of only 24 hours which is unheard of these days. My repair was a crack on my wheel after hitting a pot hole at night. My wheels are extremely hard to get and getting a new one was not an option. Honestly, I had my concerns when leaving my car to get the work done bc of his location but I'm glad I did the work done to my wheels was great! Instead of buying new black Denali wheels for my 2021 Yukon I decided to have my wheels refinished to save time and money. The level of work that Ken applied to my wheels was great and I couldn't be happier, I 100% recommended him for whatever your wheel needs may be. Attached is proof that he is the real deal.
There are very few places in Austin to have your rims repaired onsite. Last autumn, a mechanic referred me to this place. Ken responded via text and gave me a quote for 1 rim that was slightly bent and causing vibrations at high speeds. He finished the job on time with a pretty quick turnaround and sent pics as requested. He is nice and also very direct. His small shop can be a little confusing to find at first.
