Absolutely terrible service. Provider was condescending and was just horrible to talk to. No wonder why this location is closing down.

I have been going here for a year and never been told that you HAVE to use all your B12 injections in a month NEVER! I just waited 30 min to be told that the 2 remaining injections that I purchased as part of a package could not be administered to me even though I have already purchased them! I now will never ever recommend this place or ever be back! Fyi, if you want to start an HCG diet lots of places take insurance so you pay 50$ instead 500$ like here. Do some research and find somewhere better.
