This place will open your door and enter your apartment without any notice. No emails texts or calls. They will ask you to sign up for gas service even though your apartment does not use gas. They'll be co fused when you try and explain this to them. For three weeks the only internet service will drop for several hours a day. Also you don't get a key for your door you are forced to use the keycode lock for your apartment. This place isn't worth it please look elsewhere.

Matthew was nothing but amazing when it came to helping with move in. We ultimately chose another place but Matthew was willing and able to get us in on a dimes notice. He was very friendly and awesome with communication. He was the leading reason we were going to choose this place.

Very dated property that's showing its age. New management acquired the property in October 2023 and from the look of it, their working incredibly hard to update and modernize the units as they become vacant. No in unit laundry and window shaker ac with radiant baseboard heat. But this is the most affordable apartment complex in Portage that I could find.

Where do I begin. Lived here 3 years. The septic system alarms about 40 plus times a year and tenant turns it off until weeks later when someone finally shows up. Laundry has been 3 inches of sewage about 10 times in 3 years. If you live on ground level sewage backs up into your apartment. Ive seen the roach infested apartment emptied to the dumpster and swear to God sat there for months because the bill wasn't paid in between management companies so then the whole complex got infested. Worst complex I have ever lived in- not necessarily the management since it was bought out a month after I moved in in August 2023- but the neighbors are the worst. I live on the middle walk in floor, and my neighbor above me stomps around at all hours of the day and night and my neighbor below me thinks he’s on American idol and sings (badly I might add) at the top of his lungs.
