Great staff and great doctor!
I underwent recent vein treatments at 2 different locations of the vein center. I live in Round Rock so that location was very convenient. I also had treatments at one of their centers in Austin. Both experienes were very pleasant. I liked the staff and the doctor very much. And best of all my legs look and feel great again, so I am very thankful.
The vein center was very accommodating of my schedule. They were also very efficient during my visits which was critical for me since my job is demanding and it difficult doe me to get off of work. My appointments for treatment were typically about 30 minutes and they always ran on time. My varicose veins are now gone and my legs look and feel great. Highly recommend!
Tried to call and make an appointment. They don't need your business or want to help you. The lady rambled about now booking in June, they take a $50 deposit, if i have insurance they will try to file it, but they are short staffed and in training right now so they are busy,... I had to stop her to ask her do you even want to know why I am trying to book an appointment? So yes .. I'd say you do need training. Front staff training.
