Got a referral from my doctor to these guys. I am in a lot of pain. Waited 3 days after the referral was sent heard nothing from them so i called them. Nothing had been done with referral. Said they would call me. Never called. Called back on day 7. They said refferal was sitting on doctors desk unread. Called back on day 10 refferal still sitting on his desk unread. Told them i was in pain needed appointment. They told me they could see me in EIGHT MONTHS!!! Totally worthless effort, still in pain...
Very bad admin and medical experience. Communication, bedside manner, and pain level- the worst I’ve experienced in 35 years of vein treatments.
Great experience with their professional staff. Nice modern facility as well.
We were patiently waiting for the appointment from February till mid April! The doctor spent just 15 minutes with my wife and said her problem is not just cosmetic and he sent her to Ultrasound, he said he will review the result and propose a treatment today. The ultrasound was booked and they said they will book it on another day and after that the doctor should review the result and propose treatment free of charge because they cannot make it today (for ultra sound we should pay extra money which makes sense).
