No complaints here. When we needed something fixed they had someone that day or as soon as possible. Camilla is very friendly and helpful she has been true to her word. Also we got our deposit back so 10/10 🤗
I definitely do Not recommend renting a house from Austin Tyler & Co. They charged high fees for everything they could think of and get away with, but were unresponsive to our needs and showed bad customer service. They did Not return calls, texts, or emails. It was extremely frustrating. A few months before we moved out, they sold our property to Open Key Management out of Dothan, AL. That caused even more problems with alot of confusion and questions for months on how to handle things that came up. I feel like they got awa... read more
