*Update * went in for my tires on Sat. 8/4, no appt. They put them on & got me out of there in about 2 hours. They gave it a test ride & made sure I knew the cautions of new bike tires. They did a great job making sure everything was taken care of. I think the issues we had initially were a combination of internal changes on their side, hubby's temper on our side & a little bad luck with miscommunication on both sides & were not representative of their standard practice. I purchased a 1000 xp rzr from Austin’s. Dealing with them has been easy. I highly recommend them to friends and family as far as the sales side goes. They are busy at times, so it might be hard to get the sales guys help. But it is worth waiting around on. Since my purchase 4 friends have purchased from them in less than 3 months.
