Ty installed our soapstone countertops 8 years ago on July 3rd and stayed until almost 10pm despite being, arguably, the second busiest holiday weekend of the year. When I told him he could wait til the next week, he insisted it wasn't a problem and still only charged us a regular rate. I remember thinking that was crazy then, and 8 years later, I think it's even crazier now!
