Honestly don't use them if you can. We definitely did not have a choice in the matter and we were stuck using them for the purchase of our new house this week. The communication was horribly lacking, my real estate agent had to track down the CD. I would say the communication was in fact pretty much non-existent from Karen Williams, who is a nice person but it's like pulling teeth to get anything out of. Kim Correa and Austin Title saved the day!! Our bank got wired Monday on a Thursday afternoon and instead of it being instantaneous it took forever to go through. The title company closed at 5 pm on Friday and Kim was in constant communication to see how she could help. She spoke with our bank and knew that it was just a processing time issue.
