As a Realtor, I work with a lot of title companies. This one has been the worst I have dealt with. The lack of communication and follow up was shocking. Especially since this is a major function of the title company. As real estate agents, we rely heavily on the Title company to keep us informed and our clients informed when things are not moving along as expected.
