Financial Advisor I love the entire staff at Austin Taylor. I have ordered a dozen shirts and a half a dozen suits during the last few years and if they did not show up in perfect condition with a perfect fit, the staff made alterations until they were perfect. On one occasion, I ordered a suit that was "problematic", and after several attempts to perfect it, they simply gave me the suit at no cost and created another one from scratch. I have referred my best clients to their store and will continue to do so.
Days Gone By The old grey mare just aint want she used to be. I belive in this economy firms should be customer centric but the last two orders required to many alterartions and excuses. My relationship is over. Maybe my opinion is wrong but some kind of shake up took place and it is bare bones and on the cheap.
Austin Taylor exceeds my expectations every time I've used several custom clothiers often with less than steller results. But now that I've found Austin Taylors my expectations are exceeded everytime. Their clothes are the highest quality and provide tremendous return on investment as I feel more confident knowing that my appearance leverages my corporate brand.
Austin Taylor has great merchandise. Their clothing is beautiful and elegant. The custom made shirts are a cut above anything else, nothing feels like a custom shirt.
They are the BEST!!!! LIterally, I will never buy my business clothes from anyone other than David Welch at Austin Taylors. Their clothes just feel right, they are so comfortable that I never want to wear my other clothes.
