I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Austin Subaru service department. After purchasing a 2015 Subaru Forester in November 2023, I began having repeated issues with the battery only six months later. AAA came out, tested the battery (which was fine), and discovered corrosion on the negative cable. They cleaned it, tightened it, and the car worked again — until the corrosion returned three months later.
