I really like this service department! They listen & it seems that they have my best interest at heart. As a si gle woman, that is super valuable to me.
Buying a car here isn’t the easiest on a weekend but generally they have a good selection. Maintenance department is awesome. 10/10 would recommend. Would recommend negotiating with the sales reps and not using their lenders for financing
I really enjoy taking my car here for service and repair. Chris Sutton really helped me out, he worked me to understand my car’s issue and pulled in the expertise of Miguel to solve my problem is fast and well priced manner. Highly recommend!
I’m not sure what happened to this place. The past few times I’ve brought my Forester here and my dad’s Outback it’s been a headache. For my Forester, they told me I need to replace my brake fluid because it’s dirty. I told them to check their records because I’ve just replaced it the year before and I don’t drive it a lot since I work from home. I spent 4 months dealing with mobility issues that kept me from being able to get maintenance and diagnostics done on my Forrester. Then I was finally ready to drop my car off but told I had to wait more for a loaner car. So today I’m halfway through swapping out and they slip in a rule that you can’t leave a 100 mile radius. So I’m now most of half a year into trying to get help this time, and sent back home again.
