Wanted a new fiddle/bow. Went to several stores in San Antonio and was disappointed. Decided to drive and give Austin Strings a try and it was great. Jenna and Briana where very nice, patient and helpful. I'm a hobby musician and was very comfortable in their shop. Good selection(even have 5 strings) and they don't try to push a brand on you. Will definitely be back.
We brought in my daughter's violin for repairs and they did a wonderful job! We needed it back in a hurry and they stayed late to get it to us on time! We could not be any happier!
We came in to get our daughter a full-sized violin today, and it was a wonderful, stress-free experience for all of us. Jenn painstakingly went through the rent/purchase process with us, let our daughter go through numerous violins, shared her knowledge of the different brands and bows, and provided us with that extra special attention so that we were making the right, practical and feel-best selection. The only place I go for violin service. I've had bridges replaced and bows re-haired and they always do a great job!
