Had 3 rooms of carpet cleaned, a sofa cleaned, and 2 tile floors grout cleaned and sealed. I could tell immediately that my sofa did not look right but was told it would be fine when dried. Waited a day and a half for the sofa to dry and it still wasn't right. I called and they sent someone out and he cleaned my sofa a 2nd time. Still didn't look right. I was told I need to use the sofa and give the fibers time to breath. I let the fibers breath and used the sofa for another few days and no difference. Call again, sends guy ... read more

Eddie did a WONDERFUL job cleaning the floors. This was my sister's house. She passed away so there was over a year of grime that needed to be cleaned. I wish I had a before picture, but trust me, the white tile was very dirty. We are very pleased and would be happy to use Austin Steam It again. Thanks!
Moved into my rental place and felt like the carpets could have been better cleaned. Peace of mind knowing that they were cleaned and then seeing the carpet and it looks half ass done. Seemed like tech rushed the job & didn’t go over it but once & quick. I reached out to my property manager and this is who they used. I reached out to the company and was told the boss would call me.
