Great guys to work with if you’re looking for external stairs contractors. Robert took the time to educate us on city codes, helped us navigate thru Covid lockdowns and supply shortages, and got things done on time and within budget.
Guy on the phone was rude out the gate. Never doing business with these ppl.
Wonderful experience. I sent Silvana a photo of my ideal/dream stairs. The installed product is EXACTLY what I hoped for - but our stairs were trickier than the magazine photo!!! Many trades to coordinate (iron worker, wood trim master carpenter, painter/stainer) Excellent communication, punctual, thorough and fair price (50%, 25%, 25%). I highly recommend Austin Stairs. -- Kim
The job was small, but was done in a professional, on time, and they were responsive-I will definitely use them again-
