I came here for a cervical spine MRI, and the entire experience made me feel very safe and well cared for. They provided earplugs, a comfortable support cushion to lie on, and even placed a pillow under my knees to help my body relax naturally—such thoughtful details. The staff here are also incredibly kind and friendly, which made the whole experience even more reassuring. DO NOT GO HERE! (TL;DR: ASM tried to charge me for a surgery that never happened). I went in because I had a bit of wrist pain. They gave me a steroid shot and sent me on my way. Everything seems fine so far. Then I got a bill stating that they did an incision (of which never happened) and wanted me to pay over $600. Naturally, I called and told them they made an error, but I didn't hear back for a few months. Then, I received a second bill that had zero changes from the first.
