Our carpets came out beautifully. Was very reasonably priced. They came when they said they would and got the job done in a reasonable time. Very happy.
I took an area rug into be cleaned. It hadn’t been cleaned since we purchased it, about seven years ago. The rug looked clean, but I figured it was time for a refresh. When I got it home and unwrapped it I realized how dirty it was before leaving it with Austin Smith. The rug came back spotless, the pile was no longer flat, and it smelled fresh. On top it, the people are really nice. Oh. Almost forgot. The final bill was a pleasant surprise. I’m very happy and highly recommend this company.
I’m so disappointed with my wool carpet cleaning. My beautiful rug came backing home stretched and with a massive yellow stain on it. I returned it to have the stain re-cleaned only to be returned with minimal change - so disheartening
They ruined my rug. When I unrolled it at home, there were a bunch of small holes. Would not use them again.
I cannot say enough great things about Austin Smith Carpet Cleaning! I have used them twice and each time the professionalism and quality of work was better than any other cleaning service I have used. My furniture and carpets look like new! Thanks! They are also LOVELY and easy to deal with!
