Just had an excellent experience with Austin Sliding Door and Window Repair. Brad arrived this morning on time, assessed what was needed and quickly repaired both of our sliding glass doors to perfection. Service was courteous, professional and the price was extremely fair.
Austin Slding Door and Window Repair replaced the wheels on my 45 year old sliding door and it works like new now! I was stoked at the difference. They came out within the 2 hour window appointment window that was set 3 days beforehand. Good communication initially thru texts and videos/pictures and repaired on the spot when they came. I found the through ChatGPT on the internet. Really no-one else was willing to repair and instead just wanted to sell you a new one.
We have Pella sliding doors, that are nice, but now very old. Long story short, the rollers gradually deteriorated and finally gave out. The replacement is a lot for these things, and parts are not super cheap. Anyways, we had Brad come out to take a look and had the roller parts in the truck. He took the door off, cleaned everything up, replaced all the wheels and put it back. What a great experience. Jeff was so nice to answer any questions and his installation guy was also very nice, quick and very thorough installing our replacement window. I also got 3 different estimates to do this project and Austin Sliding Door & Window Repair was the most competitive. I highly recommend!
Amazing repair! I was sure our door was unfixable - shattered pane and a track that was so worn you could barely open the door, but now it's fixed and opens so smooth I barely have to move a finger to slide it open! And - very reasonable price.
