I've now done 2 transacitons with Austin and his team(buying and selling). 1st, don't tell them you're ready to look unless you really are ready! He helped me find my place very quickly, negotiated a great transaction and moved things along with incredible communication. When I then sold my home he was incredibly helpful, helped me find the right amount that I was looking for without a ton of hassle. It was a quick and smooth process the whole way.
