Relaxing experience! I didn't think I'd enjoy it as much, but it was absolutely relaxing and refreshing. Within ten mintues in the salt room, I could feel a clearing sensation in my sinuses and deep breathing felt great. I drifted off into a meditative type trance and then into the best nap ever.
