Stopped by today and had my suspension adjusted on my 08 Vegas. The service dept. got me right in ans back on the road like a Nascar pit crew. Very friendly and courteous. Thanks guys for a great experience for the first time in.
This place doesnt give you the time of day. They ignore helping customers, I guess its a DIY store instead.

The time I went in there store customer service was poor. No one approached me. At least say high. I hear good things about these Victory Bikes. I may have to go somewhere else.

Bought a brand new H & H trailer from Austin Trailer Sales on 7 hwy, after using it 3 times(less than 3 weeks old) and complaining about a terrible vibration they had absolutely no customer service to resolve the issue. The Tires were flat-spotted and they refused to make it right. After a lengthy effort to demonstrate the issue they finally gave me another trailer, and showed no remorse for the issues i had experienced.
