I love Austin Ryan Optika in PV. Fabulous customer service. These folks go above and beyond.
I went in for my free pair of glasses covered by insurance after calling in to confirm they accept it. Dr was great, friendly, a few times I had to clarify I can’t add on any upgrades just get the free covered ones. Came in to pick up my glasses today and i’m told there is a “problem” and insurance did not cover the lenses- I’m told they are $80 out of pocket.
