I have insurance and I bought 2 pair of glasses one pair kept chalking off even after they were adjusted twice and the arm broke off and I had the other pair that I realley didn’t care for but I couldn’t exchange them so I’ve been wearing them and I went to put them on and the arm broke off I’m on disability with 1,043 dollars a month I can’t afford another pair of glasses I’m still paying on the ones I bought and now are broke I’m not happy at all .
