BILL CAME DOWN AND MET WITH MY INSURANCE GUY. THEY WENT OVER HOUSE TOGETHER. ENDED UP DOING MY HOUSE AND MY SHOP AND MY OUTBUILDINGS DUE TO WIND AND HAIL. HIS CREWS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND LEFT ZERO MESS TAKING CARE TO NOT TEAR UP LANDSCAPE PLANTS AROUND HOUSE. I DID THE 30 YR ROOF AND QUALITY WAS SO MUCH BETTER THAN WHAT CAME OFF. Thanks to the other great reviews, I contacted Bill at Sprauer Roofing after the last storm! He came out immediately and then again when insurance estimator was there. We quickly came to terms and he worked with my solar company to get the panels off and the roof installed. He was patient with all my questions and sent lots of photos during the process while I was out of town. He was pleasant to deal with and delivered on all his commitments. Roof looks fabulous and we got it done quickly. I highly recommend!
