We had a great experience working with **** and **** at Austin Roof Specialists. This is actually the second roof they have done for us. They are very easy to work with at every step of the process from initial estimates through finish out. And when it came to our insurance company, they were tireless advocates, going back and forth with the adjuster and inspector several times to make sure everything was properly accounted for in the claim payout. They were very prompt, even proactively reaching to see if they could come by a day early. When they arrived they were very communicative on the issues they found and how they would go about fixing it. The repair was prompt and by all means appeared to have been done effectively.

They came out several times to evaluate my roofing needs, gave me several options and completed the work quickly. There was one spot that needed extra attention and they resolved that issue within 3 days. I strongly recommend them.
