I really loved their business and prices were reasonable. Randy was awesome.
I was having trouble with my car during a busy week, I desperately needed someone to come out and check on my car. I was convinced I needed a new alternator and told them so. They came out to check on the car and they could have easily convinced me to replace it and anything else. The problem ended up being much smaller. They saved me so much time and money but they were also just fantastic to work with. I can't recommend them enough, I won't be calling anyone else if I ever need car repair from now on.
I'm very impressed with Austin Roadside Technicians. They've helped me several times and have always provided top-notch service, right at my home. When my car wouldn't start, Prince quickly diagnosed a faulty alternator and replaced it the same day. Another time, Randy repaired engine wires damaged by a rodent, showing meticulous attention to detail. Randy just stopped and helped us jump start our battery! Had our whole family in the car, even the dog. Truly a kind and helpful person and we are so grateful! Highly recommend, great guy and deserves your business!
Randy has done at least 5 jobs for me and he does very good work at a fair price. Especially for coming to you. I called multiple brick and mortar places and he was able to beat their price with a warranty. What else can you ask for? Give them a shot if you need any mechanic services.
