Dr. Patel and all the supporting staff are above and beyond. They are professional, knowledgeable and all around awesome. With that being said my only complaint is WAITING TIME. I've been there 3 hours for 1 appt. and over an hour for the rest.
At this facility, the assistants are very friendly, and im sure its no fault of theirs for the extra long wait. OVERBOOKING CAUSES PROBLEMS. Make sure you clear your schedule for what seems a simple appointment. I feel that the facility just wanted to squeeze my medical insurance. If you need a referral to a specialist, they're you guy. Close to 2 hours waiting on doctor. I have been going to the Bastrop location for about a year and a half now and the staff and Dr. Patel are wonderful.
