I went yesterday with a fever of 101.5 and the nurse measured 98.4. I was having chills and shaking and really not well and she told me probably my fever had broken in. I insisted she takes it again, second time she’s not even able to get a reading. Third time she finally gets 101.5. She didn’t update my chart and instead of her admitting the mistake she said my fever had suddenly come back. RecommendedI initially had a horrible experience at ARC, but have since been 2 more times and have been very satisfied with my care. I love that they have a lab and radiology on site. It is difficult to leave work for multiple appointments and I like that I can get it all done in one visit.

I'd avoid this company at all costs. Been a long time patient of theirs, but their practice of gouging patients for deductible charges when a doctors visit isn't necessary is criminal and one day there will be an expose on the predatory nature of this company.
