Beware: Dr Cole and his staff are impossible to get ahold of. He will ignore you if you leave messages and calls thru the ARC’s nurses line. The only way to communicate with Dr Cole is in office face to face. I have a concussion following a car accident. Great doctor, always helped me with all my health issues. Friendly and willing to answer any questions.

My family has been going to ARC for over 30 years probably by far the worst Dr. ever. Lacks empathy and communication skills.
I had TIAs and a heart attack and one day my left arm felt numb and squeezed. I saw Dr Cole that day and he told me that it was not the heart and he never ever considered the possibility of another TIA. When I went home I suffered a second TIA and lost use of my right arm for two scary days! I recovered after 3 days in the hospital but this was definitely very negligent on Dr. Cole’s part.
