Over charge patient and insurance company!
It was my first visit with the rheumatologist. Because of insurance change I had to seek a new physician. The front desk was friendly, the nurse was also friendly. The doctor was very polite. He did express if I had any issues with illness,to contact him immediately. The lab was also friendly, it didn't take them long at all. As a patient with a chronic illness, I am always skeptical on the first visit. Down the road it can be a 5☆ or 1☆, for now I'm satisfied.
I used to love going to see Dr. Frazier, unfortunately scheduling there is now a joke. It took me over 4 months to get in for a physical appointment and when I show up I was told she wasn't working that day. This is literally the exact same thing they did to my husband two weeks prior. Thanks for calling to confirm my appointment telling me to fast and arrive early to complete paperwork, clearly my and my husband's time is of no value to you and we will not be back to your office.
My first time visit with Dr Evans. Couldn’t be happier, the ladies working the front desk are very professional and know what they’re doing & are helpful. Dr Evans was informative and knowledgeable and very personable. I would highly recommend this entire office.
If you have all the time in the world this is the perfect place. Because the waiting is a nightmare.
