I went in to get copies of records this isn’t my usual ARC was just in the area and popped in . I walked in immediately the front desk lady saw me and looked irritated by my presence, She was quite annoyed made me feel uncomfortable and i honestly wanted to leave and go to another location for my stuff . I was in a rush so I dismissed this . Went in for a yearly physical and ended up with unexpected bill for additional 30 mins visit while the whole visit was about 20 mins. I called/messaged the billing so many times and messaged the doctor's office to get an explanation for the charge and no clear response. It appears to be for a referral which I did not even request and they keep saying you signed something and have to pay.
