My experience at ARC highlights everything broken about the U.S. healthcare system. You pay an outrageous amount and get almost nothing in return. After waiting two months just to be seen, I spent over $400 on a physical with Amanda Rowe that lasted maybe 10 minutes. The entire process felt rushed and impersonal, like I was just another number they needed to move in and out. Dr. Yacoub has been my primary care physician since 2015. When he moved from the Farwest location to the new Westlake location I followed him over despite living much closer to the Farwest location. He has always provided excellent care and as a bonus I prefer the Westlake location.
Dr. Shah has been my primary care provider for several years. She is caring, efficient, and always takes time to listen and address my questions. RN Michelle is also excellent, and always welcoming and thoughtful. I highly recommend!
