It was today (July 24,2026) at unit 103! This was our first visit to this clinic with our 3-year-old son, and unfortunately it will also be our last at this location. We may give another branch a chance, but our experience here was very disappointing. We spent over an hour in the waiting room completing multiple sets of paperwork that repeatedly asked for the exact same information. My parents are currently being seen at ARC Round Rock, but due to their age, I would like to transition their care to a geriatric provider. I learned that ARC Senior Care in Pflugerville has Dr. Gowrishankar Gnanasekaran, MD, who specializes in this area. However, when I called the front desk and also spoke with the registration office, I was informed that Dr. Gnanasekaran is only accepting Medicare patients.
