All the staff is very nice, Dr. Gastinger is very professional makes me feel understood and appreciated as a patient.
It took over 6 months before I gave up on getting an allergy refill and fired ARC. Their system treats doctors as a product, behind automation layers, where you will never know if you are messaging a doctor, or a machine. I joined Baylor Scott & White hospitals for insurance and facilities, instead. There is a certain amount of horror when you write a detailed note with a prescription request, and then not know if the machine auto-trashes a life saving medication request or the doctor has gone insane. Everything has always gone timely and well with my 6 plus years I’ve been using the ARC here in drip. Even though I have an APRN now as my primary I’m well pleased.
