A deeply concerning experience. I am in a cluster headache cycle (10/10 pain) and requested standard-of-care abortive therapy (Sumatriptan and Home Oxygen). The physician not only refused the prescription for home use but also committed a serious breach of patient rights. The doctor falsely documented that I was 'adamantly requesting opioids' when I was simply providing my medical history of what has worked in the past. Super fast, very efficient. Arrived a few minutes early and waited less than a minute to be taken back by nurse. Never experienced anything like that at a doctors office before.
