it is the worst place to live think twice before moving to this building they do not repair the windows do not work the walls broken by the water they do not give heating and all the letters are stolen because the mailboxes are all broken and in the office they are not professionals

This building is one of the worst places to live. Poor maintenence. Rodents everywhere. Mice are everywhere. Hallways are disgusting, mailboxes destroyed, buzzer doesnt work. Windows are broken, water from shower smells like sewer water. Elevator has been out of order in over a week and laundry room is out of service since forever. I just moved here with my kids, I cant believe this building is in such bad shape. No fire detector, no carbon monoxcide detector.
