Bryan was such a gentleman. He treated me with kindness and very professional, explained how and why images were being taken. Thanks Bryan
Waited for almost an hour after my appointment time only to discover they failed to register me in to be seen. When I stopped at the desk when I arrived it appeared the staff was distracted. Two of the 3 appeared to be on personal phone calls & the 3rd was busy with other patients & apparently was so busy she forgot to enter me into the system try o be seen. The radiologist who did my test was kind & efficient.
The people were very friendly and helpful.
The staff here is outstanding. Yesterday my annual orders were not in their system so staffer by the clinic door reached out to my MD and got them faxed over with minimal inconvenience to me. And then I only waited 5 minutes to get my simple x-ray. Those Techs were delightful too! Btw... ARA rates are great compared to hospital near my home. Just saying... this location has to be the best in ATX!
Everyone was patient kind, knowledgeable and professional.
