To call this office unprofessional would be a total understatement. I left three voicemails, at different times over the span of several days, in order to set up an appointment. After the first, I received a voicemail providing generic instructions about how they will need my medical records. No mention of my condition (pleural effusion, which I explained in detail, or the availability of any doctor at their practice). I made the request to my current doctor, and then called APR again. Dr Chen is one of the few doctors who takes time to listen and explain. I could not have a better pulmonary physician . I thank her and her staff. All the best to you and yours.
