I'm an adult struggling with ADHD, and my psychiatrist recommended that I get an assessment done in order to be able to understand more about my ADHD and to evaluate any comorbidity playing a part in my ADHD. My Psychiatrist recommended Austin Psychological and so I gave them a call. I set up both the Zoom appointment and the assessments for literally like 5 days away from when I called. The staff seemed fine and the testing was thorough. But I have to say they are very critical when reading my report. There are better ways to say things kindly instead of being abrasive. There is lot to say about patient care and my experience was not good. There are lot of trauma associated with ADHD and their abrasive reporting is very hurtful.
I strongly suspect this location commits insurance fraud and insurance companies need to look into this place. A lot of folks seem to have my exact story and exact payment amount that insurance mysteriously doesn't cover, Despite y'all calling my insurance that day right in front of me and being approved and then magically sending me a bill for 800... Just like you've done with many people here. Kinda crazy to see y'all are still in business but hey, Scams pay well especially with a clientele you can abuse and misuse.
