This place is phenomenal, and I’ve known the entire team since 2019. My three children have been patients, and every two years we continue coming back. Sometimes we rely on reviews, so I’m leaving mine in hopes that the rating will soon reach five stars, because this place is unique and extremely professional. Dr. Christina and the entire team are wonderful, and the best part is that they don’t have a one-year waiting list like other places. Thank you for everything.
I had an incredible experience here. There was no wait, Lewis took me to the back and explained everything about the process kindly and patiently and made it clear if I needed to take breaks I could take them. The behavioral portion is about a 2 hour process, after over an hour of paperwork that you can do before you go in so you don't have to sit there and do it. Im sorry for the others who did not have the same experience as I did. Mine was nothing but good. I was able to get an appointment within a week, they immediately disclosed the cost and called me back after my insurance got back with them to inform me that it would be a little bit more than was previously quoted due to my insurance plan. I have received no additional bills. I had my video visit with Christina Torti and it was easy and comfortable. I had a wonderful experience getting my testing done here. Dr. Kopecky was extremely professional and kind to me. I felt heard throughout the entire assessment, something I hadn't felt in a healthcare setting for a while. The total cost was covered by my insurance, but I do know it can be pricey if you don't have coverage. I recommend double checking to avoid any surprising fees.
