I had a wonderful experience getting my testing done here. Dr. Kopecky was extremely professional and kind to me. I felt heard throughout the entire assessment, something I hadn't felt in a healthcare setting for a while. The total cost was covered by my insurance, but I do know it can be pricey if you don't have coverage. I recommend double checking to avoid any surprising fees. I'm an adult struggling with ADHD, and my psychiatrist recommended that I get an assessment done in order to be able to understand more about my ADHD and to evaluate any comorbidity playing a part in my ADHD. My Psychiatrist recommended Austin Psychological and so I gave them a call. I set up both the Zoom appointment and the assessments for literally like 5 days away from when I called. The staff seemed fine and the testing was thorough. But I have to say they are very critical when reading my report. There are better ways to say things kindly instead of being abrasive. There is lot to say about patient care and my experience was not good. There are lot of trauma associated with ADHD and their abrasive reporting is very hurtful.
