The staff seemed fine and the testing was thorough. But I have to say they are very critical when reading my report. There are better ways to say things kindly instead of being abrasive. There is lot to say about patient care and my experience was not good. There are lot of trauma associated with ADHD and their abrasive reporting is very hurtful.

I strongly suspect this location commits insurance fraud and insurance companies need to look into this place. A lot of folks seem to have my exact story and exact payment amount that insurance mysteriously doesn't cover, Despite y'all calling my insurance that day right in front of me and being approved and then magically sending me a bill for 800... Just like you've done with many people here. Kinda crazy to see y'all are still in business but hey, Scams pay well especially with a clientele you can abuse and misuse.

EDIT: Dr Harmon from APTC called me to ask about my original review and was very receptive to my feedback. She explained some of the nuances that really bothered me during the intake process, and is using that feedback to better it for new patient’s. That is usually NOT the case with health providers.

Terrible experience. I can’t imagine someone signing up for this. I’m doing it for my son, so I’m willing to go through a lot, but the sheer lack of respect for anyone’s time is ridiculous.

DO NOT use this place. They are unprofessional in every sense of the word. They charge an insane amount and then they simply left the test results in the portal. No notification, no review with patient. No response to messages, emails or phone calls. If I could give ZERO stars, I would.
