Austin property management gave us roughly $200 back from our $2,000 deposit for the 1800 square foot house we rented from them. Supposedly it took the THREE cleaners an entire 17 hours to clean the house, which was roughly $600!!! This wasn't including carpets. There is no way this is possible, especially considering we are EXTREMELY clean folks (OCD). My husband and I only approved 8 hours of cleaning and they went ahead and did more anyway with approval from Stephanie and Heather who never communicated ANY of this to us!... read more
Austin Property Management managed my home for several years before I sold it in 2017. They were always on top of every issue. They were responsive and professional. They made extra property condition checks when requested, and my.home was always in great condition, Their monthly statements were easy to understand and yearly 1099s were accurate and timely. As an out-of-state owner, I was never disappointed with their service. I would use them again in a heart beat!
