I could talk about how caring and ridiculously good looking everyone in this office is but it's best told by what I heard when in the waiting room. A therapist came in to talk to Bianca, the office manager/queen. The therapist said John Doe was scheduled to come in and Bianca shouldn't bill him because he's been coming for 6 weeks and they haven't been able to solve his issue. I love the approach at Austin Preferred Integrative Medicine. I am so glad to have found a place where the providers listen well and take a thoughtful approach to each individual's health. My own health has improved immensely as a result of finding their practice.
Dr Daniel has a calm demeanor and listens to all of my concerns. The support staff is great also. I enjoy it so much more when I can develop a connection with others (it’s usually about dogs!). I’ve been doing a neuropathy treatment there with shockwaves and laser. After several sessions, I’ve finally had a breakthrough with balance improvement!
