We recently needed urgent help during our pool restoration, and Trent was fantastic. He came out twice at short notice - first to dismantle the pool equipment and pumps, empty out all the glass, and then later to reassemble everything and make sure it was all running perfectly. It wasn’t an easy job,and we were under time pressure both times, but Trent handled it quickly and professionally. I passed a Austin pools van at Shailer Park, I got in front of him from one intersection to the next. I must have dented his ego so he chased me for the next 4-500m 3m off my backside changing lanes with no indicators. I rang the owner who was not interested, just said it's always to sides to a story line. I mentioned my vehicle has cameras, he wasn't interested in looking. So I guess the owner supports that driving proudly displaying his logo! If you drive like that you squeeze more jobs in, it's good for business.
I’ve been going to Tony at Austin Pool for years and can’t recommend him highly enough. He’s always super helpful, knowledgeable, and provides excellent service. Tony has helped me maintain my pool and even repaired my Dolphin cleaner - always quickly and reliably. What I really appreciate is his honesty. He never tries to upsell unnecessary products, just gives straightforward advice and solutions. Great service, great guy and highly recommended!
