I am adding additional information to my review. For the past month I have made significant progress in my rehabilitation from my back injury. Nik Mann has been working with me to increase the strength in my right leg and regain lost flexibility. His efforts have been amazing, and he has done the research to find the right exercises so I can perhaps go on a ski trip this winter.
