I originally liked these apartments when I first moved in, but that quickly changed. After my first 12-month lease was up, my rent jumped $60 in cost. That was something that I agreed to, before I was aware of just how poorly managed it is. After PMR Companies took over, trash piled up and was not taken out in a timely manner.
