Everyone who works there is really knowledgeable and can answer any questions that I have. I recently got attachments for aligners, but my teeth grew since the scan, and the aligners didn't fit. They rescanned and said that they would do 6 that will come in about 4 weeks. While they put the attachments on, they told me what they were doing, and how it would feel/taste. It made me feel a lot more comfortable knowing what was happening.
I’m currently being treated at Austin Orthodontics with Dr. Briggs, and the experience has been excellent so far. I decided to get braces with custom brackets, and they’ve already proven to be totally worth it. The team is welcoming, professional, and always takes the time to answer my questions. Dr. Briggs is very attentive and makes sure everything is progressing as it should. Excited to see the final results, but I’m already so glad I chose Austin Orthodontics! Dr. Briggs and his team are stellar! All staff demonstrate exemplary customer service and a high degree of professionalism. They are patient and make sure my son is comfortable. Our daughter completed treatment with braces here, and we are grateful to Dr. Briggs and his team. They also work with our insurance, which is amazing--since it is not common in the Austin area.
Dr. Briggs is great! The staff is kind and knowledgeable. Appointments are always on time. I love the at home monitor system! I have had issues with brackets causing ulcerations and the team came up with real workable solutions to make my mouth more comfortable. I appreciate this team and would highly recommend this office for your orthodontic needs!
